That line is from our own website, and it’s how every visit goes. Most of the time the system you already have can be fixed, so we find out what actually failed, explain it in plain language and give you the price before we start. When a new system really is the better value, we show you the numbers and let you decide.
It’s also why customers stay. Some have been with us for more than a decade, from their own homes to their rental properties, and we’ve now served more than 5,000 customers.
Independent by choice
SK has been family-owned for more than 15 years, and it’s still run by Saki and his family. Plenty of HVAC companies have been bought by private equity firms and national chains. We haven’t, and our customers tell us that’s one of the reasons they call us.
Staying independent means you deal with the same people from one visit to the next. Nobody on our team has a sales quota, and the first question on every call is whether your system can be repaired. When it can, that’s what we recommend.
