  • Saki was the best HVAC tech I have ever met. He was easy to schedule with, on time and very quick to diagnose our issue and offered a way to repair our system with an honest assessment. Our whole appointment was less than 30 min with a new part installed (he had it available in his truck). I appreciate that he is a small business and does not try to sell you on a whole new HVAC system like bigger companies have always done with our older system when there is a reasonable fix.   • We have two HVAC units split across our different townhouse floors, one of which has been leaking coolant due to a previous installer that was not SK. Ironically the previous installer put in this unit to replace a leaking unit!

    We asked SK (highly recommended by neighbors on our block) to come out and take a look. Instead of telling us we were out of luck and had to replace the unit like the previous installer, he made sure we understood all issues and developed a reasonable repair plan with us prior to jumping to whole unit replacement. Wish we knew about SK all along!

    Also great to support locally owned small businesses such as SK!

    He was friendly and professional, and as a single woman I felt safe with him in my home. He was also nice to my dog :)

  • We used SK in two houses. When our AC unit went out on a hot summer day, SK showed up & fixed it, same day. When our heat stopped working in the winter, SK showed up & fixed it, also same day, both happened to be weekends. Saki is so knowledgeable.   • Sk was fantastic. Our heat went out when it was 5 degrees outside. We have a 5 month old. We called every hvac technician we could find on Google.. no one called us back. My friend finally referred me to sk. He answered immediately and came out same day. He was personable (nice to our dog) and very clearly honest. His fee was extremely reasonable and he didn’t try to oversell us on anything. Most importantly, he very quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem! We now have heat again! I immediately scheduled him to service our ac in the spring. Will be using him going forward for all of my servicing needs and you should too!

  • Saki is the best. Has been servicing our system for years and is always responsive when there is an issue. When a sensor broke in a snow storm and heat stopped working he came over within 3 hours, got it running temporarily so we have heat, and ordered the replacement part before leaving. Absolute professional focused on solving the problem, not selling a more expensive system or prolonging a fix.

  • I can’t recommend SK enough! I had an issue with my HVAC unit in a commercial store. Unfortunately I booked a different contractor first, they couldn’t tell me a time of day they were arriving...I had to call their office at noon THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT and then when they finally showed up they quoted me an outrageous amount for a repair. After that fiasco I called SK...gave me an appointment for an exact time of day and showed up EARLY! Finally, someone that actually values another person’s time! Saki gave me the run down on the unit and had it running correctly within 30-minutes for a FRACTION of the other contractor’s quote. It’s always hard finding a reliable contractor let alone one you can trust. That’s Saki! He’d rather build a trustworthy relationship instead of hitting you over the head. If you’re looking for quality work at a reasonable price...from someone who you can TRUST....this is the place to call!

  • SK’s representative came by my home and gave me a thorough walk through of what was needed for a full HVAC replacement. Living in the city my home had some small challenges that SK was able to address without any issues. A quote was provided very promptly and the work for a full install was scheduled in an expedient manner. The installation crew was incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. They finished the job in a single day. The installation crew went out of their way to protect my floors and minimize disruption to my home. After the installation was complete the crew did a thorough test of the heat and air systems.

    SK offered generous, easy financing and made the project easy and affordable.

    I hav worked with other, larger HVAC companies in Philadelphia and they all were vastly more expensive and the sales reps were very pushy and tried to sell me other services that I hadn’t solicited.

    I highly recommend getting a quote from SK if you’re doing a full system replacement or install.
