These terms apply to your use of skcomfort.com (the “website”), operated by SK Heating and Air Conditioning LLC (“SK”, “we”, “us”), 339 Montgomery Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. By using the website or our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Our services

SK provides heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance and installation, along with water heater installation and generator installation and service, for homes in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Information on this website, including service descriptions and offers, is general and may change. Prices, schedules and the details of any job are confirmed with you directly before work begins.

Using the website

You may use the website for your own information and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to break into or disrupt the website, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission. The website’s text, photos and design belong to SK or the people who license them to us; licensed photos are listed under Photo credits.

Your submissions

When you send us information through a form, a text or a call, you confirm it’s accurate and that it’s yours to share, including the phone number you give us.

Text messaging program

Program description. SK sends text messages to customers who opt in, about their service request, scheduling and appointment reminders, updates on their service and, after a visit, a request for feedback or a review. You opt in by giving your mobile number in a request on our website and agreeing to receive texts, or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your service.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed and won’t text you again unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age. You must be 18 or older to opt in to our text messages.

Privacy. How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Drawings and referral offers

SK runs a referral offer for new customers and a quarterly drawing for customers, as described below. The sponsor of both is SK Heating and Air Conditioning LLC, 339 Montgomery Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. Both are void where prohibited.

Referral offer for new customers. A new SK customer referred by a current one can claim one $54 Seasonal Maintenance visit at no charge, at a home in our service area (Philadelphia and nearby suburbs). You must be 18 or older and not already an SK customer, and the offer is limited to one visit per household. Claims must be made within 30 days of the referral, and SK may accept a later claim at its discretion. The visit covers one seasonal check of your heating or cooling system; repairs and parts aren’t included and are quoted before any work. The offer has no cash value and can’t be transferred outside the household.

Reward for the customer who referred you. The current customer who referred a new customer receives $25 off their next service and 5 extra entries in our quarterly drawing, credited after the new customer’s first completed visit. Customers can’t refer themselves or someone in their own household.

Quarterly drawing. No purchase necessary. Each calendar quarter (January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December) we draw one winner from all eligible entries received that quarter, in the first week after the quarter ends. The prize is a free year of $54 Seasonal Maintenance: a spring visit and a fall visit at one home in our service area, a total value of $108. It has no cash value and can be used by anyone in the winner’s household.

How to enter. Customers get one entry for answering our feedback text after a visit with any rating from 1 to 5, plus 5 extra entries for each referral as described above. To enter for free without a purchase, email [email protected] with your name, your phone number and “Quarterly drawing” in the subject line. Each email counts as one entry (up to 5 free entries per person each quarter), and free entries have the same chance of winning as every other entry. Odds depend on the number of entries. You must be 18 or older and live in our service area to win. We tell the winner by phone or text within 7 days of the draw.

Changes and ending. SK may change or end the referral offer or the drawing at any time by updating this page. Claims and entries made before a change are honored as stated when they were made.

Privacy. We use the details you give us for the offer and the drawing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t promise it will be error-free or always online. Links to other websites are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SK isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Work we perform for you is covered by the agreement or estimate for that job, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website or our text messages means you accept the updated terms.
