Maintenance and tune-ups questions

How often should my system be serviced?

Twice a year: your air conditioning in the spring before it gets hot, and your furnace or boiler in the fall before the first cold night. Heat pumps do both jobs, so they benefit from both visits.

What happens if you find a problem?

We show you what we found and tell you the price of the repair before we do it. Many small fixes can happen on the same visit. Nothing gets done without your OK.

Do you service older boilers and heat pumps?

Yes. We maintain all makes and models, from older boilers and radiators to central air and heat pumps.

Does PECO pay anything toward maintenance?

For PECO electric customers, PECO offers up to $50 back for heat pump or central air conditioning maintenance, as of September 2026. Ask us and we’ll tell you whether your visit qualifies.
