How it works

  1. Free in-home estimate

We look at your house and your current system, and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing at all.

  2. Choose your system

We walk you through options for your home and budget. The cheapest isn’t always right, and neither is the most expensive.

  3. Apply for financing

0% financing is available on approved credit. We go through the terms with you before you commit to anything.

  4. Installed next day

Most installs happen the day after you decide, with full factory warranties on the equipment.

Other ways to lower the cost

  • Repair first

If your system can be fixed, we’ll fix it. A repair is almost always cheaper than a new system, and we give you the price before we start.

  • PECO rebates

Up to $300 back on a qualifying heat pump and up to $200 on central AC for PECO electric customers, as of September 2026.

  • A right-sized system

A system sized for your house runs less and lasts longer than one that’s too big, which saves on every bill after the install.

Financing questions

Is there still a federal tax credit for a new system?

No. The federal 25C tax credit ended for equipment installed after December 31st, 2025. PECO rebates are still available on qualifying equipment.

How do PECO rebates work?

PECO pays rebates on qualifying ENERGY STAR equipment after it’s installed, applied for within 90 days with a paid receipt. As of September 2026 that’s up to $300 on an air source heat pump and up to $200 on central AC for electric customers. Gas rebates drop from October 1st, 2026.

Should I finance a new system or repair the one I have?

Often the repair is the better deal, and we’ll tell you when it is. One customer’s AC needed a $500 sensor, not a $10,000+ new system. We show you both prices before you decide.
